Data Deletion Instructions
You can request that FASTGUYS CLEANING LLC delete the personal data we hold about you — including your name, contact details, booking history, and any messages you sent us through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
To request deletion:
- Email info@fastguyscleaning.com
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
- Include your full name and the phone number, WhatsApp number, Facebook profile name, or email address used when communicating with us.
After verifying your identity, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your request.
- Delete eligible personal information within 30 days.
- Send confirmation when the deletion process has been completed.
Certain records may be retained when required by applicable law, including tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
